Solid Wire
We can supply solid wire in various diameters. One of the most popular types is our 2mm solid wire in 4 kg per
spool packing. solid wire is used in the lighting capacitor & Radiator industries also used in wave soldering process
together with an auto feeder to transfer wire into the solder melting pot.
Flux-cored Solder Wire
Flux-cored solder wire are widely used for electronics industries , various choices for core-fluxes are available to
suit the needs of different applications. Harsh Solders produces cored-wires with rosin-based and water soluble
core-fluxes. All the fluxes are formulated in conformance to international specifications. Please refer to the table for
the selection of core-fluxes.
Multi core Solder Wire
Solder splatters during hand soldering operation are widely experienced in the electronics industries. To overcome
this, Harsh Solders has developed a 3 core & 5 core type of solder wire there by eliminating undesirable solder
splattering.
